There is something incredibly satisfying about pulling this wine out of the esky, pouring a chilled glass, and enjoying it in the hot Australian sun. This wine was designed for exactly that occasion. At 12% alc/vol and lightly extracted, it has the weight and freshness of a white wine while still pairing beautifully with whatever you have on the BBQ.

This wine is made from 50% Sangiovese, fermented on skins for 7 days before pressing, and 50% Chardonnay, which was also fermented on skins for 16 days. The two components were blended after fermentation.
